Capture All is a multiyear collaboration, beginning in 2021, between Liquid Architecture (Melbourne) and Sarai (Delhi), featuring artists, scholars, and writers based in India and Australia contributing to a series of critical intensives, dialogues, public programs, and publications.

Gautam Pemmaraju is a Mumbai-based writer, researcher and filmmaker, working in the areas of literature, history and art. With specific interests in the cultural history of the Deccan, early 20th century Indian anti-colonialism, and sonic cultures, he has published extensively on sound & music production, sound aesthetics and acoustic phenomena.
